MetalTrack:Time totals include one software kiosk. No total includes your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Only people who can actually clock in: employees from your QuickBooks Online list who are active and have a clock number, at $0.50 a month each. Someone you haven't given a number to doesn't count, and suspending or deleting an employee frees their spot. People who only use the portal, like an owner or a bookkeeper, aren't counted either. Your headcount is metered automatically as it changes, so there's nothing to report or adjust.
A software kiosk is a tablet or computer you already own, running MetalTrack:Time in its browser or in the iPad app. Your plan includes one software kiosk at no extra charge. Every additional device you pair is $2.00 a month, added the moment you pair it and removed when you retire it. The badge reader and the time clock are hardware kiosks, a one-time purchase, and don't count toward the kiosks your plan includes.
Yes. You add a card when you create your account, with an invite code or without one, and that starts your free trial. The monthly plan isn't charged until the trial ends, and we email you as the end approaches, so cancel before then and you pay nothing for the plan.
No. You pay the plan shown above, and nothing else to get started.
Adding an employee, pairing another kiosk, or choosing a longer searchable history raises your plan right away, and the prorated amount for the rest of the billing period is charged to your card on file. Removing an employee or retiring a kiosk doesn't refund the current period. Your next invoice just comes in lower.
Yes. There's no contract and no minimum term. Each month is paid in advance. Cancel from your billing page and you aren't charged again. Your kiosks keep working until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't refund part of a paid period, except where the law requires it. After the period ends, kiosks stop accepting punches and your data is deleted after a short wind-down period, so ask us for an export first if you want one.
Yes. The prices on this page include any sales tax that applies. Nothing is added at checkout, and we take care of the tax side ourselves, so the price you see is the price you pay.
